Fertilizer 101: new educational platform from International Fertilizer Association
The International Fertilizer Association (IFA) has launched Fertilizer 101, a new interactive, web-based platform designed to enhance understanding of the entire fertilizer value chain, from production to application. This comprehensive tool not only offers an in-depth look at fertilizers’ lifecycle but also focuses on their role in promoting safety, biodiversity, and human nutrition.
The platform, which is aimed at a wide array of stakeholders, including policymakers, farmers, educators, and the general public, is part of the IFA’s commitment to sustainable agriculture. It allows IFA members to contribute insights, data, and case studies, ensuring that the content remains current with the latest technological advancements and best practices in fertilizer production.
The platform was developed in collaboration with the UK-based web design agency MTM Group. The IFA invites all members and partners to engage with and contribute to the site, with the goal of continuously updating and expanding the industry’s collective knowledge base.
