A biological nutrition company, Biolevel, has announced significant additions to its executive team as part of a strategic initiative to accelerate its growth. The company, known for its innovative approach to agri-tech and biological products that enhance agricultural productivity, welcomes Bill Cordingley as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Cordingley, who spent 19 years at Rabobank Group in roles spanning New York and Sydney, most recently led as the Global Head of Grains, Oilseeds, and Sugar within the Corporate Finance Group. His profound expertise in global agribusiness finance and leadership is set to guide Biolevel through an ambitious phase aimed at establishing it as a leader in the global market for biological products.
“Bill’s deep industry knowledge and leadership qualities come at an ideal time for Biolevel, as we navigate through a period of rapid expansion,” commented Laurence Berman, Chairman & Co-Founder of Biolevel. “His proven track record and passion for agriculture make him a valuable addition to our team.”
Cordingley expressed enthusiasm about his new role, highlighting the company’s unique product features like strain performance, product stability, and ease of use, which set it apart in the competitive market. He is joined by Nathalie Gibson, who assumes the role of Marketing Director. Gibson, formerly Head of Partnerships at AgFunder and a veteran at Rabobank, will spearhead the integrated marketing strategies and oversee the launch of new products.
Biolevel’s expanded leadership team also includes industry veterans such as Ändrea McVeigh, Chief Technical Officer, and Trevor Shea, Sales Director for North America. McVeigh will manage the R&D program focusing on product efficacy and agricultural innovations, while Shea will develop key distribution partnerships in North America.
As Biolevel positions itself for significant growth, the company continues to build on its robust portfolio of biological solutions that promise unprecedented efficacy and convenience for users. With strategic partnerships in place across North America and the UK, and a focus on expanding its retail network globally, Biolevel is poised to transform bionutrition access for farmers worldwide.
