Mali is experiencing problems due to the lack of fertilizers from Russia
The ambassador of Mali to the United States, Sekou Berte, announced a shortage of fertilizer supplies from Russia caused by sanctions.
Sekou Berte noted that the country’s agricultural sector is in crisis due to the lack of fertilizers caused by the introduction of restrictive measures against Russian exports by Western countries. Malian farmers really hope that this year the supply of plant nutrients to the African country will be resumed.
Note that because of the sanctions pressure on Russia, the countries of Latin America and Africa suffer the most.
