Uralchem is ready to help the farmers of Sri Lanka
Uralchem is ready to provide humanitarian batch of fertilizers of 55 thousand tons to to Sri Lanka.
As of today, of the 260 thousand tons of fertilizer blocked by the EU, about 54 thousand tons have already gone to African countries as humanitarian aid. In the near future, Nigeria should receive a batch of fertilizers.
With great probability, Sri Lanka should receive 55 thousand tons of potassium on board the Asian Majesty vessel, which is docked in the port of Riga.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
