Belaruskali won the case in court against former Siemens structures
The Commercial Court of Moscow satisfied the claim of the Belaruskali enterprise against Neftegaz and Energy (formerly Siemens Energy) for the return of a gas turbine engine to Belarus.
It should be noted that Belaruskali filed a lawsuit against the German company back in December 2022. The Belarusian enterprise for the production of mineral fertilizers demanded that the gas turbine engine be serviced and returned to the owner. The cost of maintenance amounted to 202.4 million rubles (almost $2.5 million).
