Ammoni plant will start producing liquid nitrogen fertilizers in Tatarstan
The Ammoni plant (city of Mendeleevsk, Tatarstan republic) plans to launch the production of liquid nitrogen fertilizers (carbamide-ammoniac compound) in the fall of 2023. According to the statement of Dmitry Makarov, General Director of Ammoni, the complex will reach its design capacity of 150 thousand tons by 2024.
In addition, in 2023, the complex will start producing AdBlue carbamide solution to neutralize diesel engine emissions, and it’s also planned to complete the construction of a liquid carbon dioxide production facility by the end of the year.
