PhosAgro has a new Chairman of its Board of Directors
PhosAgro’s Board of Directors has elected Viktor Cherepov, an independent director, as its Chairman. Andrey Sharonov, who previously held this post, notified the company of the decision to resign.
Viktor Cherepov was born on January 15, 1951, in Karaganda (Kazakhstan). He graduated from Karaganda State Medical Institute.
Since 2002, Viktor Cherepov has been the head of the Department of Management in Healthcare and the Sports Industry of the State University of Management. Since 2005, he has been holding senior positions in the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, currently holding the position of Vice President for Social Policy and Labor Relations.
