PhosAgro will replace its Chairman of the Board of Directors
PhosAgro will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors to appoint a new Chairman. Andrey Sharonov, acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of PhosAgro, informed the company of the decision to resign.
Andrey Sharonov has been a member of PhosAgro’s Board of Directors for the past five years. In July of this year, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of PhosAgro.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
