New greenhouse complex will be created in Bashkortostan
Bashkortostan plans to open a greenhouse complex next year to grow tomatoes and deliver them both to the region and throughout Russia.
The “Ural” company is the investor of the project, which will pay 431.2 million rubles (over $7.1 million) to create the greenhouse complex. Its capacity should be almost 1.6 thousand tons of tomatoes.
As the investor promises, due to the use of modern technologies, a smaller amount of mineral fertilizers will be applied in the future greenhouse complex than in traditional ones.
“The construction of a greenhouse complex by the “Ural” company in Bashkortostan is reflecting the trend towards the development of greenhouse vegetable growing in Russia,” commented the information and analytical service of Fertilizer Daily.
