Uralchem held a Field Day in Siberia
Uralchem held its first Field Day in the Siberian Federal District in the Novosibirsk region. It was visited by heads and specialists of agricultural enterprises of the Altai, Novosibirsk and Omsk regions. During the event, Uralchem introduced its innovative Multistart fertilizer and the services of DigitalAgro (a subsidiary of Uralchem).
Farmers also used experimental plots of spring wheat, oil flax and spring rapeseed to test first-hand the fertilizer application schemes and evaluate the preliminary efficiency of the nutrition systems applied by Uralchem.
As part of the forum, the Uralchem trading house signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk region. The company will supply mineral fertilizers to agricultural producers in the region and provide information and consulting services on crop production and agronomy.
“Field Day in the Novosibirsk region is an important step in the development of the company’s distribution system. The forum opened the door for a direct exchange of knowledge and experience between mineral fertilizer producers, experts and representatives of agriculture, promoting products and services. Following the example of our event in the Kirov region, where the number of participants and partners is constantly growing, we plan to make this forum an annual event. In addition, in 2023 Uralchem is preparing to hold Field Days in several more regions of Russia,” said Tatyana Surdina, Marketing Director of Uralchem.
