PhosAgro has changed the composition of its Board of Directors
PhosAgro shareholders elected a new board of directors during the annual general meeting. Now it includes Viktor Ivanov, Yuri Krugovykh, Siroj Loikov, Natalya Pashkevich, Mikhail Rybnikov, Alexander Seleznev, and Alexander Sharabaiko.
The meeting also approved the annual report for 2021, which reflected record production results. Thus, last year PhosAgro set a historical record by producing 10.5 million tons of eco-efficient products, which is 3% more than in 2020, reliably ensuring the supply of mineral fertilizers to the priority Russian market and to 102 other countries around the world.
However, the meeting of shareholders didn’t approved the distribution of profits, including the payment of dividends, based on the results of 2021. The recommendations on profit distribution will be considered by the Board of Directors at one of the next meetings.
