Soybean crops area expanded in the Khabarovsk region
This year, soybean crops in the Khabarovsk region increased by 170.4 hectares after warnings issued by the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) to the land owners.
Previously, Rosselkhoznadzor found that land plots on a total area of 245 hectares are not used for their intended purpose, as a result of which weeds and trees and shrubs are overgrown.
Land owners received warnings about the violating the mandatory requirements with a proposal to take measures to ensure compliance with the land legislation.
In June 2022, Rosselkhoznadzor conducted field surveys in the Khabarovsk region. It turned out that soybeans are grown on six land plots with a total area of 170.4 hectares.
