PhosAgro will support the development of agricultural education in Russia
PhosAgro and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia signed an agreement on the development of domestic agricultural education. The document was signed by Russian Minister of Agriculture, Dmitry Patrushev, and PhosAgro CEO, Mikhail Rybnikov.
The agreement is aimed at organizing the training of highly qualified specialists to contribute to the Russian agro-industrial complex. The parties intend to develop a competitive labor market in the agro-industrial complex and promote the timely training of young personnel to work with new import-substituting technologies and products in the agricultural sector.
The PhosAgro network of educational centers will become the material and technical base for joint educational programs. In total, six such centers have already been opened in agricultural universities. Last year, PhosAgro held online lectures for over 6 thousand students from 21 agricultural universities. In 2022, over 15 thousand students plan to join the program.
