PhosAgro brought the payment to its Eurobond holders

PhosAgro has announced that its paying agent, Citibank, has transferred the coupon payment on previously issued Eurobonds of $500 million with a repayment in 2023.
Earlier, PhosAgro instructed Citibank to transfer a coupon payment of almost $10 million to the accounts of its Eurobond holders. However, Citibank didn’t manage to transfer payment as scheduled. Throughout the past time, PhosAgro has taken all necessary actions and provided all the requested information to ensure the coupon payment.
PhosAgro confirms its obligations related to its bonds, is ready to fulfill them and has sufficient funds to do so.
