Acron wants to get out of the sanctions
Acron Group transferred 16% of its shares in the Acron plant to the trust management of Greenfert, owned by Alexander Popov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Acron Group.
As a result, the share of Acron Group in the authorized capital of the Acron plant decreased to 44.6%. In April this year, Vyacheslav Kantor, the owner of the Acron Group, fell under the sanctions of Great Britain and the European Union.
“It’s likely that Vyacheslav Kantor is trying to withdraw his enterprises from the effects of Western sanctions,” commented the information and analytical service of Fertilizer Daily.
Currently, the Acron Group includes the Dorogobuzh and Acron plants, which produce mineral fertilizers.
