PhosAgro was allowed to continue depository receipts program
PhosAgro has received permission from the Foreign Investment Advisory Council in Russia to issue the depository receipts program and keep the previously issued securities. The permit is valid indefinitely.
The permission means that some of the legislative acts obliging Russian issuers to terminate the depositary receipts programs do not apply to PhosAgro.
PhosAgro is one of the largest Russian producers of mineral fertilizers, supplying them both to the domestic market and global markets.
