Aleksey Skraga has headed Belarusian Potash Company
Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has appointed Aleksey Skraga to the post of General Director of Belarusian Potash Company (BPC, the official trader of Belaruskali).
Previously, Aleksey Skraga headed the BelSpetsVneshTechnika enterprise, which is engaged in the production of military and dual-use products. In his new position, Aleksey Skraga replaced Elena Kudryavets, who had led BPC since August 2013.
In 2020, BPC sold 7.14 million tons of potassium chloride for $2.721 billion, including supplies to European countries for $196 million. The main consumers of potassium chloride sold by BPC are Brazil, China, the USA, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Morocco, Norway and Poland.
