Uralchem has shuffled its top managers
Uralchem has announced that its owner Dmitry Mazepin has sold 52% of his shares. Thus, Dmitry Mazepin now has only 48% of the company’s shares.
Dmitry Mazepin has also resigned as General Director of Uralchem. Dmitry Konyaev, who previously held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Uralchem, has been appointed to this post. Dimitry Tatyanin, previously Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Uralchem, replaced Dmitry Konyaev and became new Chairman.
Uralchem is one of the largest producers of mineral fertilizers in Russia. The company owns Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Plant, Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers, Berezniki Azot and Perm Mineral Fertilizers.
