Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizers filed a claim against Russian Railways

On November 29, the Commercial Court of Moscow will hold a hearing on the claim of the Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizers company (Krasnodar region) against Russian Railways (RZD).
According to the case files, Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizers intends to recover from RZD almost 3.704 million rubles (about $50 thousand). The reasons for filing a claim have not been disclosed, however, it might be related to the transportation of mineral fertilizers.
Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizers is part of EuroChem and produces phosphorus and complex fertilizers.
