InVivo Group gains control over the Russian assets of its competitor
The Federal Antimonopoly Service will satisfy the request of the French InVivo Group to gain control over some Russian agricultural and food companies and enterprises.
As follows from the decision, InVivo Group will gain control over several assets of the Soufflet Group, including Soufflet Agro Rus, Soufflet Sursin Rus, and the Gryazinsky bakery plant.
InVivo Group is engaged in the sale of seeds and plant protection products and international trade in grain and wine. Soufflet Group is engaged in the cultivation and processing of barley, wheat, and rice, as well as the sale of grain. These two companies are competitors in certain market segments.
Soufflet Agro Rus sells seeds, plant protection products, and foliar dressing.
