Togliattiazot intends to recover debt from the Samara river port
On October 5, 2021, the Commercial Court of the Samara region held a hearing on the claim of Togliattiazot against the Samara river port.
Togliattiazot intends to recover from the Samara river port 7.069 million rubles (almost $98 thousand), including a debt of 4.621 million rubles (approximately $64 thousand) under a sublease agreement dated September 29, 2017, and a penalty fee of 1.331 million rubles (almost $18.5 thousand).
Togliattiazot is one of the world’s largest ammonia producers. The Samara river port is engaged in the transshipment of various cargoes.
