Avgust filed a claim against Tsentrovoshch
On August 30 this year, the Commercial Court of the Moscow region held a hearing on the claim of the Avgust company (the city of Chernogolovka, Moscow region) against the Tsentrovoshch company (the city of Yershov, Saratov region).
According to the case files, Avgust intended to recover from Tsentrovoshch the debt under the agreement dated June last year of 634.8 thousand rubles (approximately $8.7 thousand) and a penalty fee of 299.625 thousand rubles (approximately $4.1 thousand).
Tsentrovoshch grows vegetables, and Avgust produces and sells plant protection vegetables.
