Dorogobuzh filed a claim against Russian Railways
The Commercial Court of Moscow is considering the claim of the Dorogobuzh plant (part of Acron Group) against Russian Railways (RZD).
As follows from the case files, Dorogobuzh intends to recover from RZD 631.786 thousand rubles (approximately $8.6 thousand) in its first claim and 675.158 thousand rubles (approximately $9.2 thousand) in the second. The reasons to claim these amounts from Russian Railways are not disclosed in the materials.
Dorogobuzh produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, nitric acid, and NPK fertilizers.
