Itafos officially moved to the USA

The Canadian company Itafos has completed the process of legal re-registration from the Cayman Islands to the United States. The company’s management does not expect it to have an impact on shareholders, employees, or consumers of Itafos products.
Earlier, Itafos brought the Itafos Conda chemical plant (Idaho, USA) to full capacity. The process was carried out on schedule and budget. The necessary work on the repair and maintenance of technological equipment was conducted as well.
Itafos Conda can annually produce up to 550 thousand tons of monoammonium phosphate and phosphoric acid.
