The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia filed a lawsuit against KuibyshevAzot
On July 20, the Commercial Court of the Smolensk region will hold a hearing on the claim of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia against the KuibyshevAzot plant (the city of Togliatti).
As follows from the case files, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia intends to recover from KuibyshevAzot a subsidy of 121.681 million rubles (approximately $1.6 million) provided under the agreement dated December 2018 and the fine of the same amount.
KuibyshevAzot produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, carbamide, ammonium sulfate, and carbamide-ammoniac compound.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
