Nevinnomyssky Azot was headed by a new director
Sergey Klyavlin, who previously headed the Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizers company, became CEO of Nevinnomyssky Azot (Krasnodar region). Both enterprises are part of EuroChem.
Before working at the Belorechensk Mineral Fertilizers company, Sergey Klyavlin headed the department for the production of complex fertilizers at Nevinnomyssky Azot.
Viktor Keil, who has managed Nevinnomyssky Azot for almost 20 years, has been appointed Deputy Head of the Fertilizers division at EuroChem.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
