Putilovka filed a lawsuit against Schelkovo Agrohim
Today the Commercial Court of the Moscow region will hold a hearing on the claim of the Putilovka agroindustrial firm (Chuvashia) against Schelkovo Agrohim.
As follows from the case files, Putilovka intends to recognize the supply agreement with Schelkovo Agrohim dated February 18, 2019, as not concluded.
The Putilovka agroindustrial firm is engaged in the cultivation of annual crops (in particular, forage grasses), and Schelkovo Agrohim is one of the largest producers of plant protection products in Russia.
