Fertiglobe prepares for an IPO
Abu Dhabi National Oil (Adnoc, United Arab Emirates) and OCI (Netherlands) are exploring IPO of their joint venture Fertiglobe. They have already requested various banks to offer their terms for its organization.
Fertiglobe was established in 2019. The company manages enterprises of Adnoc and OCI engaged in the production of nitrogen fertilizers. Fertiglobe can produce and sell 1.5 million tons of ammonia and 5 million tons of carbamide, which makes the company one of the strongest players in the nitrogen fertilizer market in the Middle East and North Africa.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
