Togliattiazot left shareholders without dividends
The shareholders of Togliattiazot (Samara region) held an annual general meeting where they elected a new Board of Directors, which now includes Christopher Baker, Alexander Makarov, Dmitry Mezheedov, Nikolay Neplyuev and Petr Ordzhonikidze. Petr Ordzhonikidze was also appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
During the annual general meeting, the shareholders decided to pay remuneration to members of the Board of Directors of 5% of the net profit for the previous year. However, they decided not to pay dividends for 2020 at all.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
