Acron plans to increase the output of ammonia
The Acron plant (part of Acron Group) plans to reconstruct two ammonia synthesis units and has already selected a supplier of the equipment. As a result of the project, the capacity of each of the units will increase by more than 30% to 2.3 thousand tons per day.
Acron has three ammonia synthesis units. The first one was launched in 1975 and the second in 1979. These are the two units that will be renewed. The first stage of their renovation is expected to be completed in 2023.
Besides ammonia, the plant also produces ammonium nitrate, carbamide and NPK-fertilizers.
