Grodno Azot prepares to work amid European sanctions
The General Director of the Grodno Azot plant (Belarus) Igor Lyashenko instructed to develop a set of measures to organize the enterprise’s operation in case if the European Union imposes sanctions against Belarus.
The European Union is currently preparing the fourth package of sanctions against the Belarusian authorities, which in one way or another may affect the operation of the country’s enterprises.
Nevertheless, despite the possible issues, Grodno Azot is studying prospects for the supply of nitrogen fertilizers to some states of South America.
“Besides, the responsible specialists are assessing the Dutch market,” says the press-release of Grodno Azot.
