The initiator of the project is Agroland Rus. The greenhouse complex is supposed to occupy an area of 65 hectares.
According to the statement of the project initiator Mikhail Yakubov, the complex will cost about 6.6 billion rubles (approximately $89.4 million) and may create 528 jobs.
During the meeting, were discussed the possibilities to receive state support by providing a land plot with an area of 65 hectares. Besides, it’s planned to create the necessary infrastructure, including an access road and facilities for gas, electricity and water supply.
The creation of new greenhouse complexes in different regions of Russia will lead to an increase in demand for water-soluble fertilizers, the leading manufacturers of which are PhosAgro and Uralchem.
