Novotrans filed a lawsuit against Novomoskovskiy Azot
Novotrans company filed a claim to the Moscow Commercial Court against the Novomoskovskiy Azot plant (part of EuroChem). The reasons for filing the claim are not disclosed in the case files and the date of the hearing has not yet been set.
Novotrans is engaged in rail transportation of various cargoes, car repairs and construction of a terminal in the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad region).
Novomoskovskiy Azot is one of the largest chemical enterprises in Russia. Its product line includes ammonia, carbamide and ammonium nitrate.
