Syngenta may collect a large sum from the plant protection company
On January 18, the Moscow Commercial Court will hold a hearing on the claim of the Russian subsidiary of Syngenta against the Zashchita Rasteniy company (plant protection, city of Irkutsk).
According to the case files, Syngenta intends o recover 6.906 million rubles (approximately $93.5 thousand).
The Swiss Syngenta is one of the world’s largest pesticide producers, controlled by the ChemChina corporation. Zashchita Rasteniy company (plant protection) is engaged in the trade of chemical products.
