Belarus continues organic fertilization
As the Ministry of Agriculture and Food reports, 11.2 million tons of organic fertilizers, or 23.4% of the required volume for spring sowing next year, have been applied to the fields of Belarus.
As of the same date last year, 12.7 million tons or 25.9% of the country’s agricultural needs were applied.
The best result was achieved on the territory of the Brest region, where 32.7% of the required volume of organic fertilizers were applied. The worst result showed the Mogilev region where 11.1%. of the required volume was applied.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
