Russian Railways filed a claim against Dorogobuzh
Russian Railways (RZD) filed a claim to the Commercial Court of the Smolensk region against the Dorogobuzh plant (part of Acron Group).
According to the case files, Russian Railways intends to recover from the Dorogobuzh plant the payment for the provision of railways of the Azotnaya station (Moscow Railway). However, the amount of the claim is not disclosed.
The Dorogobuzh plant produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, and NPK-fertilizers. Last year, the plant produced 1.5 million tons of mineral fertilizers.
