DniproAzot plant may be suspended
The management of the DniproAzot plant has sent a letter to the Ukrainian authorities regarding the situation with the increase in the price of natural gas: its supplier Dnepropetrovskgaz intends to sharply raise the tariffs for supplying gas to the consumers starting from next year.
According to the DniproAzot top managers’ statement, the growth of tariffs for natural gas exceeds the financial capabilities of the enterprise and will lead to a suspension of all works with the subsequent dismissal of all employees.
DniproAzot produces ammonia and carbamide.
