De Giz filed a claim against Shchekinoazot
On December 2, the Commercial Court of the Tula region will hold a hearing on the claim filed by De Giz company (the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region) against the United Chemical Company Shchekinoazot.
According to the case files, De Giz company intends to recover from Shchekinoazot the forfeit for the delay in delivery of products in the amount of 2.129 million rubles (approximately $27.9 thousand). The types of products are not disclosed in the materials.
De Giz company sells chemical products, while Shchekinoazot produces ammonia and ammonium sulfate.
