EuroChem’s Usolskiy plant faces the new lawsuit
On December 2, the Commercial Court of the Perm region will hold a hearing on the claim filed by the Virtus-Engineering company (city of Perm) against the Usolskiy Potash Plant (part of EuroChem).
According to the case files, Virtus-Engineering intends to recover from the Usolskiy Potash Plant the debt for the delivered goods and penalty. The types of goods are not disclosed in the materials.
Usolskiy Potash Plant develops Verkhnekamskoe potassium and magnesium salts deposit.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
