KuibyshevAzot got sued for unjustifiable enrichment

The Samara Commercial Court held a hearing on the claim of the territorial department of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Samara region against the KuibyshevAzot plant (Samara region, Togliatti).
As follows from the case files, the territorial department intends to recover from KuibyshevAzot 557 847 rubles (approximately $7.4 thousand), including 529 054 rubles (approx. $6.9 thousand) for unjustifiable enrichment for the use of a land site from May 26, 2017 to March 22, 2019.
KuibyshevAzot produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, carbamide and ammonium sulfate.
