Kemerovo Azot faces a new lawsuit
Today the Moscow Commercial Court will hold a hearing on the claim of Extes-Transport against Kemerovo Azot (part of SDS Azot).
As follows from the case files, Extes-Transport intends to recover from Kemerovo Azot 1.988 million rubles (approximately $26.6 thousand). The reasons for filing a claim are not disclosed in the materials.
Kemerovo Azot produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, carbamide and ammonium sulfate.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
