Output of potassium fertilizers slightly increased in Russia
According to the materials of the Federal State Statistics Service, in January-June this year, the production of potassium fertilizers rose by 1.7% to 4.446 million tons.
At the same time, as follows from the official statistics, the production of potassium fertilizers in June declined compared to May by 9.1% to 792 thousand tons. Nevertheless, compared to the same period last year, the output of potassium fertilizers in June increased by 6.5%.
Currently, Uralkali and EuroChem are two companies that produce potassium fertilizers.
