RZD filed two claims against Acron Group
In early June, Russian Railways (RZD) has filed two claims in the Smolensk Commercial Court against Dorogobuzh plant (part of Acron Group).
The reasons and the subject-matter of the RZD’s claims to Dorogobuzh were not disclosed.
Dorogobuzh can produce 740 thousand tons of ammonia, 1.270 million tons of ammonium nitrate and 790 thousand tons of NPK fertilizers. Last year, the enterprise produced 1.5 million tons of mineral fertilizers.
