Rosneft wants to sue EuroChem
Rosneft has filed a claim to Moscow Commercial Court against Belorechensky Mineral Fertilizers (part of EuroChem).
According to the case files, Rosneft intends to recover the forfeit of 67.5 thousand rubles (about $1000) for the downtime of the carriages under the supply contract signed with Belorechensky Mineral Fertilizers on December 20, 2020.
Belorechensky Mineral Fertilizers produces phosphate and complex fertilizers.
