Production of plant protection products has soared in Russia
In the first two months of 2020, production of herbicides in Russia spiked by 79.4% to 15.3 thousand tons, as reported by the Federal State Statistics Service.
The production of fungicides increased by 31.2% to 3.8 thousand tons.
In February of this year, the production of herbicides rose by 55.8% (compared with the same period in 2019) to 9.2 thousand tons, the output of fungicides did not change and amounted to 2.1 thousand tons.
