Top management reshuffle at Odessa Port Plant
The Supervisory Board of the Odessa Port Plant (Ukraine) has decided to change the composition of the board, the former First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the company, Mykola Shchurikov, wrote on his Facebook page.
In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board, Mykola Shchurikov, Sergey Nazarenko, Tatyana Serbina, and Vladimir Vakeryak were dismissed from the posts of Board members. Instead of them, Maxim Zamsha, Yuri Severin, Valery Sevastyanov and Valeriy Grach became members of the Board.
Odessa Port Plant is one of the most powerful chemical enterprises in Ukraine. It can produce more than 1 million tons of ammonia and 600 thousand tons of urea per year.
