Thanks to the expansion and uninterrupted operation of the distribution network, sales of innovative water-soluble fertilizers doubled.
“Uralchem Trading House successfully implements the sales strategy on the Russian market. At the end of 2019, almost 50% of all products manufactured by the company were delivered to the domestic market. We pay great attention to the needs of domestic farmers and are constantly working on developing the most convenient and efficient distribution system for them,” said Yuri Voronin, General Director of Uralchem Trading House.
Sales of the “industrial consumption” product groups showed a significant increase by 12% in 2019. A total of 1.3 million tons of products were shipped to customers, including ammonium nitrate, urea and premium calcium nitrate.
Uralchem’s main strategy is to develop sales to end consumers using a network of partner warehouses. Over 12 months, the number of storage and sales points of Uralchem’s products in Russia increased from 40 to 55, over 350 thousand tons of products were shipped through them.
