J.R. Simplot has acquired its competitor’s interests and subsidiaries
The American company J.R. Simplot has completed the acquisition of Pinnacle Agricole, thereby strengthening its position in the distribution of crops in the North American market.
“Completing this acquisition represents a significant and important milestone for the J.R. Simplot Company, our employees, partners and customers,” said Garrett Lofto, President and CEO of J.R. Simplot.
Currently J.R. Simplot owns more than 240 crop input points in the United States and Canada and provides all the necessary products and services to over 40 thousand farmers in North America.
Among other things, the J.R.Simplot Company is engaged in phosphate mining and fertilizer manufacturing.
