Gormash to continue the legal battle with Uralkali
The arbitration court of the Perm Region is going to consider the case on the claim brought by the Gormash enterprise (Kiselevsk, Kemerovo Region) against Uralkali to recover 236 thousand rubles (approximately $ 3,700) towards debt repayment under the supply agreement.
Earlier, Gormash filed a lawsuit against Uralkali with the arbitration court of the Kemerovo Region, which then decided to transfer it to the arbitration court of the Perm Region.
Gormash used to specialize in the manufacture of mining equipment, however, the enterprise was declared bankrupt in 2018.
