The North Caucasus Railway has filed a lawsuit against Novomoskovskiy Azot
The Arbitration Court of the Tula region is going to consider the case brought by the North Caucasus Railway (a branch of the Russian Railways company) against the Novomoskovskiy Azot plant (part of EuroChem).
The reasons for putting in the claim and its amount are not reported in the case file.
It is worth noting that there have been other suits filed against Novomoskovskiy Azot this year: one lodged by Russian Railways and other three claims were raised by TEG Group.
